Beefcake

Developed by Julian when he moved back to the East Coast from California, the Beefcake was one of the first models introduced to the Posteur lineup. After riding models best suited for longer period, West Coast waves, he wanted something that favored the East Coast’s shorter period, steeper, punchier waves. He took his standard shortboard, increased the nose rocker, but widened the tail and put some vee behind the center fin to help make drops while still hitting the lip in anything from waist to head high surf. Tested and refined everywhere from New Jersey beach breaks to Puerto Rico point breaks. Ride it about 1” shorter than you are tall and make it your everyday shortboard.
